The Cutting Room in Manhattan was shaken to its core last night as students from the Rockit Academy took the stage for a high-octane “Tribute to Ozzy Osbourne.”

The sold-out performance served as a spectacular start to the new year, featuring the legendary hits of the “Prince of Darkness.” From iconic riffs to powerhouse vocals, the young musicians delivered a masterclass in rock and roll, tackling complex arrangements with remarkable skill and undeniable passion.

A key highlight of the event was the foundation’s continued commitment to accessibility; the Rockit Live Foundation fully funded all production and rehearsal expenses, ensuring the experience was 100% tuition-free for every student involved.

“Our musicians absolutely blew us away,” Bruce Gallipani noted following the show. Gallipani also extended a heartfelt thanks to the program’s dedicated teachers, who continue to mentor these rising stars and shape the future of the rock and roll scene.

As the final notes faded, the event stood as a testament to the talent fostered by the Rockit program and the foundation’s dedication to providing professional-level performance opportunities to the next generation of artists.
