Five talented students from Red Bank Middle School’s “LIVE TO ROCK” program made an electrifying debut at Asbury Lanes opening for Rockit Academy’s “Royalty of Rock” session show. The students, performing with seasoned Rockit Academy musicians, delivered a show-stopping rendition of Pharrell Williams’ “Happy,” earning rave reviews from the audience and their families.
The performance marked a significant milestone for the “LIVE TO ROCK” participants, a free after-school enrichment program at Red Bank Middle School fully funded by the Rockit Live Foundation. The program aims to foster confidence, cultivate new skills, and strengthen community ties through music education.
