EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — It was a night of pure pride and celebration for the Rockit Academy family as beloved Artist Advisory Board member, friend, and founding Rascals member Eddie Brigati was officially inducted into the New Jersey Hall of Fame during its 18th Annual Induction Ceremony on September 24 at the Dream Live PAC stage at American Dream.

The honor celebrated Brigati alongside his late brother and collaborator, David Brigati, and late Rascals drummer Dino Danelli, who were both inducted posthumously.

Inducted by Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Steven Van Zandt, Brigati was honored with a heartfelt tribute celebrating The Rascals’ enduring impact on music and his signature soulful vocals. Sharing in the joyful milestone was Rockit Academy founder and executive director Bruce Gallipani, along with talented young Rockit musicians who came out to support their mentor.

Brigati’s dedication to nurturing young talent runs deep at the Rockit Live Foundation, home to the Eddie Brigati Honors Scholarship band (“Groovin'”) and his “Brigati Family Harmony Scholarship,” which provides free music lessons to aspiring students.

The evening reached a high note when Brigati delivered a moving performance of The Rascals’ classic “How Can I Be Sure?” He then brought the audience to its feet with a high-energy finale of “Good Lovin'”, performing alongside Steven Van Zandt, Tommy James, Mark Rivera, and other celebrated guest stars.
