Huge congrats to Josh King who earned a GOLDEN TICKET last night on American Idol!
The Rockit Live Foundation met Josh during a Buddy Guy sound check in 2012 at Count Basie Center for the Arts where Josh would join Budd Guy on stage. Josh lived out of state, so Rockit Live Foundation arranged a weekend for Josh to visit and join Rockit Academy musicians on stage at The Basie. “It was a fun weekend. He’s really a kind kid and very talented. I hope he does well and wish him the best!” said Bruce Gallipani. Josh commented on Instagram, “Thank you. And thanks for the fantastic time with Rockit when I was a kid!” Rockit wishes you the best of luck, Josh!
